Water the most auspicious and
precious gift given by nature to living beings on this planet and for which he
doesn’t demand any return gift. It has a
fundamentally beneficial influence on our lives as one cannot imagine life on
the Earth without water. Water plays an indispensable role in our daily life as
the large proportion of water is used for industrial and farming sectors living
beings on Earth. Our planet contain 70% of water but only 2% of them are usable
to the living beings, and moreover 75% of 2% fresh water is in the form of
river, glaciers, etc. That means only about .3% is there for drinking, washing
and wasting, etc. One can see that the amount of Fresh Water in very less, and
the demand of Fresh water is much more. But then also, we are wasting the fresh
water like it is infinite but it is exhausting at the speed just like the speed
of sand when slips from our hand. One should understand if he/she waste this,
the most precious gift of nature then the whole planet will suffer. Water is
the most important and the most wasted resource on earth. It is surprising to
know that every day, 2 million tons of sewage and industrial and agricultural
waste are discharged into the world’s water, the equivalent of the weight of
the entire human population of 6.8 billion people. The UN estimates that the
amount of wastewater produced annually is about 1,500 km3, six times more water
than exists in all the rivers of the world. One of the most significant form of
Wasting Water is Water Pollution and in that “Lack of adequate sanitation
contaminates water courses worldwide, and 2.5 billion people live without
improved sanitation. In developing countries, 70 percent of industrial wastes
are dumped untreated into waters, polluting the usable water supply. Water
wastage in the form of Water Pollution has a very greater and wider impact on
human being. Worldwide, infectious diseases such as waterborne diseases are the
number one killer of children under five years old and more people die from
unsafe water annually than from all forms of violence, including war. Unsafe or inadequate water, sanitation, and
hygiene cause approximately 3.1 percent of all deaths worldwide, and 3.7
percent of DALYs (disability adjusted life years) worldwide. Further due to too
much water pollution many new diseases are also given birth daily. As the
result of too much water mismanagement many parts of the world are suffering
from Water scarcity, and it is estimated that if the current water
mismanagement is not stopped then the day is not so far that even for a single
drop of water two person will kill each other. So, there is alarming need of
Water Sustainable Management which means fulfilling the need of present but not
disturbing the need for future. Now the Question arises how to do water
management and who can play a major role in this big program. Water Management
should be done by all of us, and even one play a the role of saving water by
repairing his/her water leaking tap then also he/she played a very big role in
saving water as leaking tap if not repaired can cost about 315 litres a year,
one or two baths full, depending on how big your bath and your drip is! a very big number, So one can see only small
steps can save a quality amount of water without too much effort and collectively
these small steps can save thousand litres of water as we know “Single drops of water collectively make a
big ocean” On the other the major role in water management should be
played by “Youth” . They can bring
enthusiasm and vitality which can lead to new discoveries and developments that
can benefit society or even the world at large. Although not the only drivers
of social change, young people are seen to be one the key drivers engendering
change. Whether this is inherent in the beliefs of young people or the hope for
the future is placed upon them by older generations is not clear. Youth is the
spring of Life. It is the age of discovery and dreams. Young participation is
important because youth are the country’s power. Youth are the main stakeholders,
policy makers and the major resource group playing an important role in taking
up responsibilities, revolutionizing the sustainable water management by
convincing other stakeholders and acting as a catalyst for bringing about
change. These future leaders have immense potential to mobilize the masses, the
adaptable and a link between the two generations. For any initiatives in
sustainable water management to be successful it must be aligned with interests
of today’s youth and should have their active participation. The min and the
big step towards water management is creating awareness among public, and for
today’s young generation it will be quite easy to spread awareness as they are
much more smarter than previous generation, Youth can create awareness through
social sites that are used approximately by every second person of the world,
their they can post their views importance of water and water mismanagement
creating awareness and appealing for water management and giving some basic
tips for water management, They can organize different programs at schools,
colleges, society to make people understand the importance of water management,
they can write letters to his/her county PM giving him his/her own ideas or any
way for water management, this steps can be achieved mainly by Young Generation
as they don’t have any type of pressure of life and can think in far better way
as an adult can think, at this age they have a creative mind and have a great
power of imagination through which they can make some type project regarding water management. Youths
have a greater chance of thinking beyond and develop a new type of technology
for saving water like one person developed the water sprinklers a very simple concept but can
save a lot of water in farming. Youths have upper hand in the field of
developing an idea to do some stuffs and then implementing it in the real
world. As we know that water is non-renewable resource but with the help of
water treatment plant we can make somewhat water a renewable resource. As in
water treatment plant polluted water are taken as input and fresh water is
given as output making it a very powerful technology to save water. At schools
students can make different groups and go door to door to make people
understand the problem of water scarcity and aware them regarding the rapid
increase in the rate of depletion of ground water level especially in India
because as we know, the groundwater level has gone down drastically over years
and still is going down at a quality rate, which if not stopped then one even
can’t think about existence of life on earth as the earth will become too much
hot not allowing a single species of living being to exist. Just like a table
can’t maintain its balance if even one of his leg refuse to support, society
also can’t stand up and fight the problem of water scarcity without the help
young generation. Our generation should participate in a great number in order
to fix the problem of water mismanagement, and if they participate then it will
be very helpful to heal the problem and a day could come when their will not be
a single living being on this planet who will suffer from water scarcity or
water borne diseases. So, one can conclude that Role of Youth is very important
in any type management or program and so Water Management also. So, for the
sake of humanity we should take the vow to “Save Water Every Day!”.

Why Fear.......?
In my opinion a very common generally with ..i will say everybody in the world.
Fears comes and stand in front of us wether it's and school exams, colleges exams, life exams and many more. And make us weak mentally resulting the exam not going well if if you are well prepared.
That's quite absurd but a true facts that fear in us let us to step back to try something new,to face a problem that is new to us .The Fear plays with our mind and mix with our positive attitude towards any problem and convert them to negative attitude. It only let us move reverse in our life not forward.
And a person who has a fear to do anything new will not able to enjoy his life because:-

That's quite absurd but a true facts that fear in us let us to step back to try something new,to face a problem that is new to us .The Fear plays with our mind and mix with our positive attitude towards any problem and convert them to negative attitude. It only let us move reverse in our life not forward.
And a person who has a fear to do anything new will not able to enjoy his life because:-
"If you have not tried anything new in your life, then you have not a life of human it's the life of an robot who do work only to its instruction not more than that not less than that"
It's not only trying something new if suppose you are in a problem and instead of fear of facing if you stand there and face that respective problem then you can say you have guts.Fear is that reaction that always run backward for you,and don;t let you go forward and do the forward reaction.Don't let Fear come in the way of you success and if it comes then tell him i am not horrified by you "YOU FEAR"
And now the Question Arises how to be Fearless(Ofcourse not by drinking MountainDew -hahahha "
.So the first step against fear is your Thinking. It is your thinking only that make something Fearful or Fearless,so have a great control on your thinking, always think taking positive thing from something that has happened in your life, have a positive attitude towards any problem you are facing. That'it By doing only these few thing you can come out of fear.
But a little twist is there, Fear is also very important irrespective of upto which context you have that fear.
Having a control o your Fear is very important. You should control your fear not fear should control you.But fear is important and a play a very useful part in your life,as self confidence is the result of having successfully survived a risk and In order to achieve unimaginable success and turn the impossible into possible, it is vital to embrace fear. Fear is your best friend and ally on your path to success. As you read this list though, you may still be skeptical. That fear prevents us from achieving success because of its paralytic effect.
The famous fight manager Cus D’Amato once said, “The hero and the coward both feel exactly the same fear, only the hero confronts his fear and converts it into fire.”
On Sunday we will go into how to turn fear into fire so that instead of paralyzing you, fear will offer you..
But at last i would say have fear but have control on it....

Think Independently,Live independently
It is rightly said that a person with the ability to think independently has a 99.99% of becoming a successful in his/her respective life. But thinking independently is itself a great task,as it is very hard to think independently to think independently in the society we live. The main obstacle between thinking independently and not thinking independently is our society that doesn't let us to think independently and the society contain our some relatives, our few friends they generally may not be intentionally create a barrier between what you will think on an particular situation and what they will try to get you to understand through their thinking we can take a simple example suppose you are working on an project and encountered a error for which you go to your close friends and ask for help but instead of helping they say what rubbish you are working on this is not possible and bla bla bla....
here they covering your idea with their negative idea or thinking and then it is upon you whether you listen to them and leave that project or you self try to get the solution of that error not listening to your friends. One point every person need to understand that people with such type of thinking will be encountered by them daily and it is upon them that how treat them.Thinking independently gives a person an extraa chance to achieve their respective task.
A BEAUTIFUL LINE IS SAID THAT:-
“People can tell you to keep your mouth shut, but that doesn't stop you from having your own opinion.”
